100s 3-part Series Challenge

We are in a season filled with lots of food, cold weather, and less activity so what is better than a great sweat session that you can do right from home with minimal to no equipment!! 

Are you ready for a 3-part series of 100s workouts!! I know that this will definitely not be easy, but you can do it!!! Break them up into 3 separate workouts for the week or knock them out one after the other!

Criss-Cross Jumping Jacks

Lunge/Squat Combo right leg

Lunge Squat Combo left leg

Rope Climbs

4 ROUNDS - 25 REPS EACH EXERCISE (for a total of 100 Reps each)

Shuffle and Shoot

Bicep Curl to Military Press

Tricep Thumb Taps

Plank Tucks

4 Rounds of 25 reps each (for a total of 100 reps):

Burpee Jacks

Surrenders (right knee lead entire time)

Surrenders (left knee lead entire time)

Leg Lifts/ Reverse Crunch combo
