It is FIT Friday and time to sweat!! Head on over to my Facebook page to watch the workout I posted today. It is 21 minutes of cardio, strength, and sweat! All you need is a mat, water bottle, and weights. No excuses, let's do this!
Here is the workout breakdown (1 minute each exercise, 10 second rest in between each exercise):
Tricep Dips/ Tricep Kickbacks
Jump Rope (lateral)
Right Side Lunges with Lateral Raises
Left Side Lunges with Lateral Raises
Jump Rope (forward and backward)
Bent Over Row
