Food is Fuel!

Happy Fit Friday!!! Food is FUEL! Healthy food that is. Don't leave the house in the morning without making sure you have a water bottle, a healthy snack and lunch to get you through your day. Notice how much more energy you have when you eat well? Notice how dragged down you feel when you start your day without breakfast or miss a snack between breakfast and lunch? Think of your body like a car. It absolutely needs fuel to keep running. Don't wait to fuel up until it is too late and you can't keep going strong. There may be AAA for our cars if they run out of gas, but who is going to pick us up when we crash?!
