AMRAP - what does that even mean?

AMRAP - As Many Reps as Possible is a format used in HIIT workouts around the world. It is a way to maximize your workout in a short period of time. You typically set a timer for a specific period of time and keep cycling through exercises until the timer ends.

One piece of advice - Ensure that you pay attention to your form during AMRAP workouts as your form tends to slip during fatigue. If you need a quick break, take it! If you need water, take it! Be safe and have fun!

With that being said, let's get to my AMRAP Workout Series:

Beginners - set a timer for 5 minutes and do as many rounds of the exercises as you can

Advanced - set a timer for 10 minutes and bust out as many rounds as possible

This series has cardio, upper body, lower body and core! No more excuses, just do it and thank me later!

*Don't forget to warm-up and cool down*

Set a timer for 5-10 minutes and get in as many rounds of the circuit as possible:

50 Side to Side Hops

10 Squat Jump Touches

10 Wide Plie Squats

10 Oblique Reaches

Set a timer for 5 - 10 minutes and get in as many rounds as possible of the following circuit:

50 Jumping Jacks

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Push-ups

10 Plank Jacks

Set a timer for 5 - 10 minutes and get in as many rounds as possible of the following circuit:

25 Switch Jumps

10 Squat Kicks

10 Tricep Kicks

10 Soldier Kicks
