Instead of trying to figure out how your life is going to fit into a rigid, new health and fitness program, I show you how to make health and fitness a part of your life, no matter what gets in your way. I help you eat well and exercise no matter what you are faced with.
I know all too well that LIFE can get crazy with work, kids, running a household, taking care of older parents or relatives, and all the fun surprises life can throw at you. Life rarely calms down and stops being complicated or busy.
The Live Fit for LIFE program is designed to help you stay focused and accountable on your absolute worst days — not just your best days. The days when you are low on energy, nothing seems to go right at home or at work, you don’t have any time to exercise, you don’t know what to make for dinner, everyone needs you at the end of the day and you still have a long to-do list waiting to be marked off. With everything you have on your plate, you don’t have time to take 2 hours out of your day to workout or spend cooking elaborate organic meals in the kitchen.
That is okay because you do not have to do everything! You do not need to be perfect in all aspects of your life! You just need the accountability and guidance that I can bring to help you stay consistent. Daily, consistent practices = success!
Throughout the program, I will review your progress, answer questions, and make adjustments / recommendations to help you improve. I will tap you on the shoulder if and when you start to regress. I will help you get past each obstacle along the way.

Clients are real people with jobs, children, and a lot of responsibility. I don’t give clients a rigorous workout plan that does not match their current abilities or a rigid nutrition plan that is hard for them to follow given their daily obligations as well as food preferences. I provide a manageable set of habits that they are able to incorporate into their lives for life. I don’t have one single nutritional or fitness philosophy that I advocate for all clients as this habit-based approach can work equally well for any nutritional or fitness plan.
Through lessons, assignments and daily habits, I help clients find the right mix of food and exercise for their goals, lifestyle, and preferences. I show clients how to make meals that are suitable to them! Most importantly, I help clients stay consistent as that is the magic behind lasting change! I even dive much deeper than just food and help clients with their food behaviors, food attitudes, stress management, rest, recovery and sleep and their outlook on life.
How does the program Live Fit for LIFE work?
Step 1 - I start by learning all about you and your goals, health challenges, daily routine through a thorough intake call, which is followed by a questionnaire 3 days prior to the official start of the program.
Step 2 – In your first week, I customize a nutrition and lifestyle program (fitness as well if chosen to be included) that is simple to follow and takes into account your individual goals, lifestyle and preferences.
Step 3 – Immediately upon the start of your program, we begin a 12-month coaching process together both online and in-person/ via phone calls or video chat!
Step 3 – We work together digitally using the PN ProCoach software that allows me to coach you in a format that is easy to use and remain consistent. All you need access to is a device with an internet source (smart phone, tablet, or computer). Using this software, you will not only have daily access to me as your coach but to the PN founders who have an enormous amount of scientific research and knowledge that they have incorporated into this proven system that has resulted in life-changing results for over 45,000 clients worldwide.
Step 4 – You will receive daily emails with your Coaching Daily Update. Each email will have a reminder of your nutrition or lifestyle habit that we are focusing on (ex. eating slowly, eating more lean protein), a lesson or assignment to help you work on the habit, a habit check-off tab, and a customized workout if you have chosen to have me create a fitness program that you can do from home given your goals.
You will also be connected to me via a private Facebook page where I will be posting information each week to help you with your habits, answering any and all questions that you may have as you go along in a safe space and helping to build camaraderie and community among participants going through coaching at the same time.
You will have a 2-week review phone or video call with me individually where we will be discussing your progress in the program and will work together to continue building success and/or working on solutions for roadblocks along the way.

To give all Live Fit for LIFE clients the personal care and attention they deserve, I only open up registration and accept new clients a few times a year. My first group of 10 participants will begin their journey on August 7th and the next set of participants will not be taken again until December 2017/ January 2018.
